Shipping and returns
We send everything with track and trace and pack fragile pieces with double protection. You choose yourself whether your parcel goes to a parcel point or is delivered at home. And if it turns out not to be what you hoped for, you simply send it back.

What it costs
At checkout you choose between a parcel point near you and delivery at home. A parcel point is always cheaper.

- Free to a parcel point in the Netherlands from € 75. Home delivery then stays at € 7,50
- For France, home delivery depends on the weight: € 13,50 up to 2 kilos, € 15,50 from 2 to 5 kilos and € 16,50 above that
- All rates apply up to 18 kilos. If your order is heavier or very large, send us a message and we will work out a price to suit
- Ceramics and glass go into the box with double protection
- Shipping to another country? Send us a message and we will see what is possible
We share our location with three other shops and reuse packaging material between us as much as possible. Your parcel therefore does not always look factory fresh, but the contents have been packed with care.

Free collection in Apeldoorn
Choose collection at checkout. You collect your order at our market hall at Marktstraat 12. For fragile or large orders, collection is even our preference.

Register your return
Within fourteen days of receipt, via contact@labizotterie.com with your order number. You will then receive the return instructions.

Send it back
Within fourteen days of that notification, as far as possible in the original condition and packaging. Keep your proof of postage.

Money back
As soon as we have the item back in good order, we will refund the order amount including the original shipping costs within fourteen days.
Always get in touch before you send anything back. The cost of sending it back is at your own expense. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be charged on to you.

Arrived damaged
Send us a message within fourteen days with photos of the item and the packaging. We will take it up with the carrier and sort it out with you.

We describe signs of use and photograph the flaws too. No surprises.
