Shipping policy

If you choose shipping, the shipping costs become visible at checkout and are charged immediately. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the dimensions, the weight and the destination of your parcel. After dispatch you will receive a confirmation from us with a Track & Trace code, so that you can follow your order.

We send your parcel as quickly as possible
We do our best to send your order as quickly as possible. In principle we send orders within two working days at the most, unless stated otherwise.

We make sure it is well packed
We pack every order with care and in a way that suits the nature of the product. In doing so we reuse packaging material, as part of our sustainable way of working.
