Accepted orders leave us within two working days at most. You always get a track and trace code. You choose whether your parcel goes to a parcel point or is delivered to your door.

- Ceramics and glass are double wrapped and sent as fragile
- Free collection at the market hall, Marktstraat 12 in Apeldoorn, Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm and on shopping Sundays from noon to 5pm
Vintage condition
Everything we sell has already had a life. You can see it, and that is part of it. We describe the condition honestly and photograph the flaws too.
- Excellent: the item is in excellent condition, with very light signs of use
- No particular signs of use: marks in keeping with the age, nature and use of the object
- Light signs of use: small scratches, discolouration or spots that come with age
- Crazing: the fine network of hairlines in the glaze, typical of old earthenware and not damage
- Chip or damage: we always mention this separately and show it in the photos

Not happy? You have fourteen days to change your mind. Register your return via contact@labizotterie.com quoting your order number, then send the item back within fourteen days and you will receive the order amount, including the original postage, within fourteen days. Return postage is at your own expense.
